Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at reemjewelryboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
